Loudon County Bail Bonds
When somebody is arrested in Loudoun County, he/she may be released on his/her own recognizance before the court date. To secure the fact that the person charged will return to court, the judge sets a bond or dollar amount that must be paid to court. If the accused does not return for the trial, the money is taken by the county. If the accused does return—regardless of whether he or she receives a sentence-- the amount is returned. Our services provide bail payments for a nominal fee. The amount set for bail will depend on a number of factors determined by the magistrate, such as severity of the crime and likelihood of the accused to return for sentencing.
The service of the bail bondsman includes posting bail and making arrangements for the release of the inmate. We are essentially assuring the county and the court that the accused will return for his/her trial. Because bail amounts vary according to the discretion of the judge setting the bail, we provide options for paying the full amount, including credit card payments and monthly payment plans. You can contact us any time day or night to hire us to secure bail.
